WNY MMA & Fitness: Annual Holiday Party

I know that you guys were totally hyped during the TNT Fight Series this past weekend. We had a few of our wny mma guys compete, the turn out was amazing. It was the perfect end to the year, but....there is still more. This friday, we are having the annual holiday party. The party will be at Slick Willie's, so fun times are going to be had. There will be food, games and the raffle that you have been waiting for. So save that day in your planner, you may need a day to recover. Also, we will be closing early to give everyone time to get all gussied up.

WNY MMA Fighter Profiles: Quamaine Austin

Say hello to the super athletic Quamaine Austin, he is another one of the ammy fighters at WNY MMA. Just coming off of a second round KO victory via head kick, he is interested in the next fight. Lace Up Promotion has a phenomenal line up, but its definitely not Q's last stop. He will be transitioning over to mma with in the foreseeable future. With his strong back ground in striking, it will be an interesting venture.
